Avra Garden villa is situated in Ayia Triada which is a beautiful location between the coastal resorts of Pernera and Kapparia and on the bus route to the larger resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
The villa has all you will need for a great family holiday including a professionally cleaned private pool, comfortable lounge with internet access, modern kitchen with all utensils and appliances, 3 large bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a great outdoor seating area for relaxing in the sun.
The villa is maintained to a very high standard and the pool area is not overlooked therefore very private which is rare in Cyprus. The outside area is large and can seat up to 8 people and there is a great brick built BBQ which guests can use during their stay. The pool is cleaned twice per week and has a fence around it to keep children safe when there are no adults watching them.
The villa sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children therefore large enought for 2 families to share.
