Beautiful villa with a relaxing atmosphere. Great location, close to the small town centre where you can find coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. It's about 10-15 mins drive to Nissi Beach.
The villa has spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room - there was plenty of space to accommodate us all comfortably. Highly recommended!
1. There were no clear instructions on how to get hot water in the house. We got it sorted with villa service team next day but there were no manuals left for us so the first night we did not have hot water in the shower :)
2. The other thing that I should be mentioned here is that there were only 3 rolls of toilet paper left in villa for us. This is not end of the world but..... for 7 people that seems to be not sufficient. We arrived Saturday night and stayed at villa all day Sunday so this was something that could be managed better by service team. I believe leaving more toilet paper is not such expensive nowadays.
3. Basic stuff such as salt / pepper/ sugar should be provided at the villa for guests (not only couple of sachets left in jar).

Plenty of space for everyone - inside and out. Pool and outdoor area perfect for both sun and shade, used every day. Air conditioning really worked well in the heat, both day and night. Garden is beautiful, shame we were too early to taste the fruit.
Wall cupboards in Kitchen were too tall to access, a step would have been handy. The kitchen fridge/freezer took a while to cool the contents but on reporting problem an engineer was quickly on site and sorted the problem. The ice maker did not work.

Honestly, where do I start?? This villa is exceptional. The photos don't do this villa justice. From the second you pull up outside and the gates open you know your going to have an amazing time. We had 7 days and wasn't ready to leave, the pool and all the facilities are great, the arrival grocery pack is a lovely touch too. We were a party of 11, 4 adults 7 kids ranging from 2-16 and honestly it suited everyone.
Absolutely unreal, thankyou so much for what can only be described as a perfect holiday!

We were a family of 9 staying for one week. The property was easy to find and in a great location with a large supermarket a 2-minute drive away. The villa was spacious enough for many hide-and-seek games, with excellent storage available. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was fantastic and a blessing against the July heat. The pool was extensive, with a range of depths, and was cleaned while we were there. The villa also has a fantastic garden, which is well-maintained and beautiful as a backdrop for pictures (the gardener was charming and respectful). The central kitchen, as was the utility room, is well equipped and fully operational. We enjoyed our stay.
As part of the house rules, we were asked not to make noise after 10 pm, which we respected; however, on two occasions, the neighbours did not. These may have been one-off occasions, as one appeared to be a wedding. They did not spoil our fun, but could be heard in the bedrooms.
Ants - They also loved the house, and keeping them out was a challenge.
The sun - Sunrise is bright, and the blinds do nothing to keep out the light in the bedrooms (take an eye mask)
