Absolut geniale Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick über den Lago di Iseo 😍 besonders oben auf der Dachterrasse mit Pool 🤩👌 Die Kommunikation mit Ayla war freundlich und problemlos, kommen gerne mal wieder.

Bezüglich der Ausstattung hätten wir uns noch einen Toaster und Eierbecher gewünscht, sowie auf dem Balkon für die Stühle Sitzpolster.

One of the few positive aspects was that the apartment was reasonably clean and equipped with many useful amenities. Communication with the host took place through WhatsApp and responses were quick and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end.

The biggest disappointment was the difference between the Booking.com photos and reality. The swimming pool looks large in the pictures, but in reality it is only about 6 × 6 meters. The advertised “balcony with a lake view” is not really a private balcony at all—it’s simply a shared access corridor. The photos are quite misleading and create unrealistic expectations. Another surprise was that these apartments are essentially located in a dormitory-style building. Upon arrival, we immediately received a long list of rules. There were 14 rules inside the apartment alone, plus more rules posted by the children’s pool. This is definitely not the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy an Italian holiday atmosphere. To make matters worse, there was construction work taking place on the ground floor during our stay. Tile installation started around 8:30 every morning, so peaceful mornings were out of the question. When checking out, we were expected to take out the trash and leave everything cleaned up. It honestly made us wonder what we were paying for, as it didn’t feel like a proper accommodation with a cleaning service included. The price is simply too high for what is offered. Just before staying here, we spent our holiday at Lake Garda with a pool, mountain views, and excellent facilities, yet paid significantly less than we did here. The value for money is poor. What somewhat saved the experience was the beautiful lake view and the local festival taking place nearby, which brought a bit of the authentic Italian charm we were hoping for. We travel a lot and have stayed in many different places around the world, so we have plenty of experience to compare with. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
