A really easy process, other than Google Maps leading us the wrong way off Piazza Garibaldi.

De locatie in het midden van het centrum, dichtbij het meer en de haven
Het parkeren moest op flinke afstand van het appartement omdat het centrum niet toegankelijk is voor auto's zonder vergunning. De WiFi was niet snel en soms uitermate traag

Fabulous location. Hideabed was comfortable, so all had good night sleep. Apartment was well appointed.
We had problems with the Vickey link, which made sign in very difficult. Not much support from staff for a work around. (Please bear in mind I am not tech literate). Parking was not available as promised. There was only enough coffee pods for everyone to have one coffee on the first day. Internet was not working, but they did fix that by the first evening

The location is perfect. I found the appartement spacious and it looked new
I would have like to have: - blankets rather than just a sheet for my bed. - a more comfortable mattress - toiletry products: as a minimum shower gel and shampoo - more than one coffee capsule - less links in the messages to make finding relevant information easier to retrieve
