The view from the apartment is absolutely fantastic! We watched the firework festival from the terrace, the apartment must be the best spot to see the fireworks from in Cannes. We only used the rooftop terrace, we had such a lovely weather, but the apartment is large and has plenty of space inside. 110% satisfied with Aurelia! The communication with Aurelia before and during the stay was great. She helped us to book private transport to and from the airport and we were given information on where the best grocery store was and other useful information. It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the apartment, but some upgrades need to be done. There is almost no water pressure in the kitchen and the bathroom floor is flooded when the shower is used. The lounge chairs outside must have seats for 7 people, the lounge furniture has seats for only 4 people. One sunbed was broken, this must be repaired or buy a new one before new tenants arrive. Next time we go to Cannes, we will definitely stay here again although there are some issues with the apartment.

We booked this apartment for a business trip in June. The location of the apartment in proximity to the marina and centre of Cannes is great and enables to be in the middle of the town in 10-15 minutes. The apartment itself is large and comfortable with a extensive balcony which is great to either work on, relax or just enjoy the spectacular view. The facilities in the apartment were all good, the kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. The wi-fi connection was fast and totally reliable which we needed for working during the day. I would highly recommend this apartment for either business or pleasure, the owners were very helpful and also offer a taxi service to and from Nice airport which is useful. Great apartment, great location.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views from the wraparound balcony are incredible and there is lots of furniture for sitting out, dining and enjoying the scenery from the ocean to mountains. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with individual AC controlled in each, plus automatic shades on the windows and sliding glass doors to lower for sleeping :) The apartment is a quick and easy 5-10 minute walk to train, town, beach or Palais. The host was also wonderful - she answered all of our questions quickly and took care of everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Cannes!

Stunning clean apartment with a super easy going Host. The apartment is 10 min walk away from the center so no need to drive anywhere We loved our stay at this apartment as a group of friends from Switzerland and will be telling everybody about this amazing experience :)
