We had a wonderful stay. Alexander and Gabriele were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful, and communication was always quick and easy. The apartment was comfortable, well located and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and the lovely surprise gift — it made our first stay in Vienna feel very special.

Die Unterkunft war sehr originell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage mit praktischer Anbindung (Tram und U-Bahn). Das Apartment hatte eine moderne, leise Klimaanlage und so konnten wir trotz hoher Temperaturen gut schlafen. Sehr nett war das Willkommensgeschenk und generell die Betreuung, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hat keine Türen sondern nur Vorhänge

Unique apartment with some toys for our kids. They loved the reading nook upstairs. The location is great. Short walk to the metro station and a couple stops into downtown or a couple stops in the other direction to Schönbrunn Palace. Reasonable parking close by.

The location, well heated, well equipped but missing a washing machine.
It is a store that was adapted to be an apartment. The bathroom was inside the kitchen, literally. We had the shower inside the kitchen! And for the ones staying in the mezzanine, going to the bathroom during the night was crossing the room below. Very uncomfortable. There was garbage under the bed.
