The location is well connected to the city by public transport. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, warm, very bright due to the large roof windows, with a practical small kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom. There were only two of us, but two more (children) could fit in without a problem. There were dishes, cutlery, toaster, microwave, salt, sugar, dishwashing liquid, etc. The furniture is not the newest, but it’s clean and tidy. (On the third day of our stay a kind young cleaning lady asked if we needed anything cleaned and she even changed the towels, which we didn't expect.) There is an elevator (only works with a special key), the building is large and looks old from the outside, but it is very tidy inside. It is located on a side street, walking distance of the Westbahnhof, and there are tram stops, shops, cafes, different eateries and restaurants nearby. It is a little noisy in the evenings because of the train station, but at some time in the night the noise from outside calms down.

The remark: The low voltage energy-saving light bulbs in the living room and kitchen illuminate the space very poorly, so it is too dark to read in the evening, while the lighting is of normal intensity in the bathroom and bedroom. Otherwise, since we received a discount on the regular price, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Great location - right next to a metro stop + lots of other buses/trams. Spacious apartment that sleeps 8 in total (3x double beds + 2 single beds in one of the double bedrooms) with a big open plan living room and kitchen. We were all given towels and there were other basics provided like soap and dishwasher tablets. Detailed instructions were provided for check in which we did entirely on our own without meeting the owner. Well lit + we found out there was underfloor heating.

Some of the dining chairs need replacing, I was worried about breaking it just by sitting on it. Shower gel, shampoo etc weren't provided which feels like an easy win for the owners - cheap to provide but impactful for guests.

A clean apartment with modern appliances

The shower was faulty but worked. The door was the main issue, it did not close or work properly and it leaked at the bottom onto the floor and we only had towels to clean up the mess (no mop). I messaged the property who barely addressed my issue, they said they were going to send someone round, they didn't. I then messaged them once more updating them that the door came off the rails and almost fell on me whilst showering and they are still yet to reply!
