Radiant Premium Apartments - Fünfhaus

It’s very well connected to the centre, it has a lot of public transport near by. Night transport is also quite close to the apartment, just about 10 mins walking distance. It was quiet and relaxed. The atmosphere is quite nice.

Since it was very hot during my stay, the portable air conditioning wasn’t very helpful but does the job if you aim it to the bed. There was little to no hot water in the shower and we had to shower with cold water. The internet was a bit of a problem at first but the host was very helpful and fixed it very fast.

I was shocked by the amount of graffiti on the door and the building and surrounding buildings but once I got past that the apartment was great. Good location and great facilities.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, with all necessary facilities. The host was very helpful. Location great, near at a tram stop and subway. I do recommend staying here.

Clean room with all the kitchen stuff to use and an elevator. There's an air conditioner and heater.

The area of the town is not very good. There are homeless people around the subway station. The internet didn't work but the owner gave another wireless network information and it worked fine but that one also stopped the last day... There wasn't enough shampoo and soap on the first day. We asked and they provided more which is good but I wish they already provided. The pillows were too stiff that I had to use the sofa cushions as a pillow. They don't have another type of pillows. Lastly, I asked to use the washing machine and the owner gave me a number to call. I called and no answer. I called again in 15 minutes and my number was blocked. I texted the owner and he responded to me more than 24 hours later. This place needs a better management.
