Radiant Premium Apartments - Fünfhaus

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, with all necessary facilities. The host was very helpful. Location great, near at a tram stop and subway. I do recommend staying here.

The location was not vary close to the main attractions but the public transport was a walking distance from the apartment

I liked the fact that the host sent us timely updates, and the place had two double beds and a sofa, a brand-new kitchenette, and a newly renovated bathroom. The neighbourhood is not touristy, but it is very well connected: the U6 is just a few minutes away, bus 57 goes directly to Burgring, and tram 60 to Speising Hospital, which is particularly convenient for those travelling for medical purposes, as I was. There is also a supermarket in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend this place.

The only downside was the entrance to the building: a long, slightly smelly tunnel leading to the elevator. The lights did not switch on automatically, so I had to walk to the elevator in the dark, which felt a bit spooky. That said, I did not mind too much, knowing that Vienna is a very safe city.

Clean room with all the kitchen stuff to use and an elevator. There's an air conditioner and heater.

The area of the town is not very good. There are homeless people around the subway station. The internet didn't work but the owner gave another wireless network information and it worked fine but that one also stopped the last day... There wasn't enough shampoo and soap on the first day. We asked and they provided more which is good but I wish they already provided. The pillows were too stiff that I had to use the sofa cushions as a pillow. They don't have another type of pillows. Lastly, I asked to use the washing machine and the owner gave me a number to call. I called and no answer. I called again in 15 minutes and my number was blocked. I texted the owner and he responded to me more than 24 hours later. This place needs a better management.
