Great apartment. Lovely host and will definitely recommend 10/10

It was so modern and chic. Plenty of space. Everything was so well decorated. We didn’t want to leave the property to go sightsee, it was that nice. The host was always reachable by WhatsApp for any questions and we felt well looked after even with the distance. I would highly recommend this property. Train station being literally a minute away was a bonus. Easy connections to Geneva and onwards. I travel a lot and this is by far better than the big expensive hotels. Arnaud was a delight to deal with for anything about the apartment. Extremely polite and professional. Swiss holiday done right with this property.

Value for money stay close to Geneva

I liked the location of the apartment which was just 5 minutes walk from the train station. Also liked the cleanliness and facilities.

The toilet door needs oiling as it makes too much noise, also the matresses are too soft and not very stable, you sink in it on one side so doesn't allow good sleep, needs replacing.

Fully equipped flat in a great location

Mathieu was a lovely host who was waiting for us when we arrived. The flat was fully equipped and even had a private garage in the block. The kitchen was really well kitted out and the beds were super comfy.

Cozy Apartment with Great Location and Welcoming Host: A Perfect Home Away from Home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tichnich apartment that had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming host who made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay, from a comfortable bed to a fully-stocked kitchen. The decor was tasteful and added to the cozy atmosphere of the space, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best features of this apartment was its proximity to the railway station. I was able to easily access public transportation to get around the city and explore all the sights and sounds it had to offer. And with the added bonus of parking, I didn't have to worry about finding a spot to leave my car. Overall, my stay at this apartment was a wonderful experience. The combination of a great location, welcoming host, and comfortable amenities made it the perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay during their travels.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a well equipped, maintained and comfortable flat.

Matthieu was a very accommodating host and the flat is very well equipped. The flat's proximity to the train station and shops makes it ideal. Having family living in Geneva, I would have no hesitation to return to this proerty time after time and would not look any further if it was available.

The only one small negative was that the shower suddenly went cold a few times during our stay without any reason.

We loved this apartment in the center of Annemasse close to the train station. The Apartment is stylish and well equipped with everything you need. The hosts Arnaud and Matthieu are very friendly and accomodating. We will surely come back here again.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place.

Even though the apartment is finest decorated, we had problems with essential things that should not happen. Overall the apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped but stop there. There aren’t instructions at all, neither to use the appliances or how to manage the garbage for example. We had problems with the TV as we didn't know how to make it work ( I saw also it in another evaluation where the guest had the same problem). The owner is not so available to solve any problem, as he said several times he is not a hotel and does not have the obligation to sort out the problems quickly. In summary, if you have any problem his solution is probably to kick you out of the place. And when we requested a reimbursement for the two first nights where the problems were concentrated, including one full day without heating, he denied it. By the way, you have to fully pay for this place before arriving. So I guess that if you are lucky to not have any problems the place is ok but if something happens you will not have support and neither compensation (that should be the minimum as, in the end, the items that are listed were not fully delivered – garage, toilet and heating).

1.The first issue was the remote control for the garage that did not work when we arrived at the building around 24:15 at night. It’s a place where you can not park on the street, so we did not know what to do. After trying several times to open the gate, a guy appeared from the inside of the garage and managed to open the gate from the inside. Unfortunately, he had very intimidating behaviour toward us. After an unpleasant litigation we managed to enter the apartment and the next morning I report the issue to Booking and the owner. The owner response was, “the building has security cameras”, which didn’t comfort us at all. Luckily, we spoke with some neighbours that told us the guy was a tenant that had been kicked out of the building and probably it was just a case of bad luck to meet him. 2.The second problem was the toilet flush that broke. We reported it to the owner and he sent someone to fix it highlighting that he wasn’t a hotel (probably, it was a case of not having the essential elements checked before renting the flat). 3.The third problem was the heating that didn’t work. We realized on the second day late at night as the temperatures went down so, I sent the owner a message notifying him that we could not make the heating work. He said that he was going to send someone but that I had to wait as again, “he was not a hotel and could not fix the problems quickly”. I was working from home that day and the apartment was extremely cold, so after a couple of hours later, I contacted the owner again to have some information about the heating fixing when he replied that he was working out of the city and it was difficult for him to take care of things, so he suggested me to move out of his flat. That was not a great solution as I also was working (in the cold) and had just another three nights in the place with loads of personal and professional things to do so I could not spend time looking or moving to another place. Heating was fixed around 18;30 of the day.

Super cómodo. Me encantó que tiene cámara en la puerta tanto en el portal. Como en el apartamento. Me gustó por la seguridad de que tiene cámara.

El apartamento solo tenía agua caliente por la mañana. Por la noche no pude ducharme. El calentador estaba programado para solo calentar por el día. Por la noche super frío y mantas super pequeñas. El ascensor funciona avecé.horario de salida muy justo porque la de limpieza llegan ante de tiempo.

The place to be à Annemasse !

Logement parfait situé à quelques mètres du tram pour se déplacer. L'appartement est très qualitatif, décoration soignée, très bien équipée en terme de technologie et d'équipements de cuisine ( aussi bien que chez vous ), salle de bain munie d'une baignoire et d'une douche, parking sécurisé à disposition et les hôtes sont charmants et à votre disposition. Recommandations +++ les yeux fermés :)
