It is only 15 kilometres from the old Roman city of Trier on the Moselle. The neighbouring forest is ideal for hiking and cycling. The award-winning Saar-Hunsrück-Steig trail leads approx. 1 kilometre past the house.
In front of the house is a cosy terrace with a table, 6 chairs and a large parasol. Behind the house is a large meadow with a seating area, sun loungers and a garden shed. Both the terrace and the lawn are equipped with a barbecue. The meadow is surrounded by a fence.
Spacious holiday home in a wooded, idyllic natural setting. The living room, a large eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower await you on the lower floor on approx. 120 square metres.
