Its a great location and we found plenty to do over our 2 week stay - all within 30mins to 1 hrs drive. The hosts themselves are lovely.

Anita is the most wonderful host I ever met: She and her husband were waiting for us (We were a family of six) to give us a wonderful and warm welcome: Home made cookies and a bottle of Champagne by the fire place was just perfect to create memories of the end of our trip through Germany. The place is a wonderful, cozy and stylish; it has with everything you may need for your stay. Perfect located and just few miles away from Trier We wish we would had more time to spend it here. The welcome from the landlord was very good and friendly. The house is spacious, neat and very beautiful. We enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful view. The facilities in the house are good and there is enough in terms of cups, plates etc. The landlords are very friendly and helpful and do their best to make the stay as good as possible. We will definitely remember this house for the future!

Wir haben uns in dem schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage und die Umgebung in der Natur ist einmalig. Das Haus ist auch sehr für Familie mit Baby/Kindern zu empfehlen, sie sind toll ausgestattet. Familie Schmitt hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und unseren Aufenthalt nur noch besser gemacht.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit einer hervorragenden Ausstattung, hier fehlt es an nichts. Nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter direkt nebenan. Die Lage ist ruhig, aus dem Wohn-Esszimmer blickt man ins Grüne. Bei kalten Temperaturen steht ein wärmender Kamin und Holz zur Verfügung. Sehr hochwertige Holzmöbel und viel Liebe zum Detail (Sessel mit eigenen Leselampen, Gesellschaftsspiele, ansprechende Dekoration) stecken in der Ferienwohnung. Trier ist schnell erreicht und zum wandern kann man gleich zu Fuß aufbrechen. Alles im allem war das verlängerte Wochenende zu kurz, aber wir haben die Zeit in Holzerath sehr genossen. Fazit: Das erste, aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem zu Genüge ausgestattet und darüber hinaus mit vielen Extras. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich, im Ort selbst ist kaum etwas, was uns aber absolut nicht gestört hat, da wir mobil waren. Die ländliche Lage war wunderschön und der Garten extrem großzügig, sodass man jederzeit auch dort einen „Rückzugsort“ hatte. Auch verschiedene Sportarten konnte man problemlos ausüben. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Anreise war super und schnell. Die Lage bietet sich für viele schöne Ausflugsziele an (z.B. Saarburg, Trier, Luxemburg, Frankreich).

Absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche und gleichzeitig großzügige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse und viel Wald und Natur drumherum. Die Vermieter waren sehr entspannt beim Ein - und beim auschecken. Der Kamin war bereits angefeuert, das war bei der Ankunft sehr heimlich und warm. Ansonsten hat uns allen die helle lichtdurchflutete Wohnung und das angenehme Raumklima sehr gut gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich und top ausgestattet. Vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang hat man eine grandiose Aussicht. Mein Mann und ich waren auf Geschäftsreise, wollten aber auch paar Tage entspannen, gutes Stichwort es war mega entspannend bei unseren Gastgebern Anita & Robert. Wir hatten die tolle Ferienwohnung für eine Woche ganz für uns alleine ohne Einschränkungen. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen super schönen Ausblick, ruhige Lage, war sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man konnte alles nutzen sogar Holz war schon bereit gestellt für den Kamin und vieles mehr. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und persönlich, es gab sogar eine Flasche Sekt. Das Bett war ein Traum, sogar der Bäcker kommt vor die Tür, was will man mehr. Im großen ganzen einfach nur Top und weiter zu empfehlen.
