Muy difícil de encontrar al llegar y que no hubo limpieza diaria o la opción de contratarla Como el cambio de toallas

The location was great—very easy to get to different places, lively enough for a pleasant stroll around the area, and at the same time not so busy as to feel overwhelming. The apartment was clean, communication was convenient, and responses were prompt.

We stayed here recently and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Around 4 a.m., we woke up to find a very large cockroach under the sheets, crawling on us while we were in bed. It was extremely unsettling, unhygienic, and not at all the kind of experience you expect from a place that’s supposed to feel clean and safe. Trying to go back to sleep afterward was nearly impossible. When I raised the issue, the management was polite but rather insensitive. We were lucky the cockroach didn’t crawl onto our 3-year-old — that could have been truly traumatic. In addition, the cleaning supplies provided were minimal. Dishwasher and laundry pods were only enough for one use, and the hand soap was so small it barely lasted two days for three people. When we asked for more, we were told to buy what we needed ourselves, which was quite inconvenient since these items don’t come in small quantities and required us to purchase full packages. The sewage smell was quite strong, and there were noisy neighbours who woke us up one night around 2 a.m. with a loud party.

Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale di Madrid (Puerta del Sol - Plaza Mayor). Ottima assistenza da parte dell'host (abbiamo avuto un problema con una finestra e sono intervenuti subito per risolverlo)

Letto da una piazza e mezzo e non matrimoniale. Inoltre era troppo morbido e si affondava. Visto il prezzo pagato ci saremmo aspettati un minimo di dotazione per la colazione, c'erano solo 4 cialde per il caffe e nient'altro. Riguardo a quanto sopra mi sembrerebbe molto più logico, permettere agli ospiti di lasciare le cose avanzate (zucchero, the, olio, sale etc.) e non essere costretti a buttarle via come impone la struttura.
