Extremely well priced for Nice and conveniently close to the airport.
Private parking and very nice and helpful staff member at reception.
Check-in was easy and it had everything I expected/needed before my flight.
Floor could have done with a mop otherwise, bathroom and kitchenette were both very clean.

Staff was friendly and gave advice about surroundings and public transport. Tram Station is 3 - 4 minutes walking distance. There are a few shops and a supermarket close by. Close to the airport.
Didn't have AC in the room. There was no breakfast option. Room service is almost non existent but staff is helpful. TV has only a few local options. Surrounding a bit dodgy after dark.

The neighbourhood felt very unsafe.
A lady who was a complete stranger came up to us and told me to take off my jewellery and put it into my handbag, she said it was note safe to walk around with my jewellery on..
She was a local lady and she walked with us to the grocery store. She also told us not to walk around at night…
My husband and I felt very uncomfortable..
