Stylish apartment with Terrace, Air Conditioning and Shared Swimming Pool, very close to the beach! Located in the exclusive Luz de Javea I residence, it offers two community pools, one for adults and another for children, a large lawn, paddle court and children's playground. It is ideally situated just 5 minutes from the rocky beach of Primer Montañar and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
The 94m² apartment is modern, comfortable and fully equipped, with views of the garden and swimming pool. This spacious apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third a trundle bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The entire stay is distributed on a single level, and also offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and two comfortable sofas, flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful terrace with a table for eating and chairs to relax.
In the common areas of the residence there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children, a paddle court and a play area for the little ones.
