Aquamar is a light-filled, contemporary holiday apartment set within a sleek, gated complex in Jávea. Calm, modern interiors and a large communal swimming pool create an easy, resort-style atmosphere, while underground parking for one car keeps everything effortlessly practical.
Inside, the apartment offers three well-proportioned bedrooms. The main bedroom features a generous 180 x 190cm double bed and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A bright twin room with two 90 x 190cm beds and a single bedroom with a 90 x 190cm bed share a spacious family bathroom, also fitted with a modern walk-in shower. Ducted hot and cold air-conditioning runs throughout the apartment, ensuring year-round comfort.
At the centre of Aquamar is the open-plan living space, where an American-style kitchen with island flows into the dining area and relaxed lounge with Smart TV. A handy laundry room with washing machine and wireless hoover sits just off the kitchen, ideal for longer stays.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a spacious covered balcony, perfect for slow breakfasts or evenings spent outdoors. With an al fresco dining table and a relaxed corner sofa, it’s a space made for long, laid-back meals and warm Jávea nights.
Aquamar enjoys a fantastic location, just a short walk from a major supermarket and under a 15-minute stroll to the Arenal Beach, with its restaurants, cafés and sandy shoreline. It’s an ideal base for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy Jávea without relying on the car.
JH Top Tip: Aquamar is close by other apartments such as El Velero and El Colibrí. For bigger families or groups, booking two or more apartments makes for a perfect, flexible stay.

Again a nice stay, we love the location as being not far from beaches, shops, supermarket, restaurants
Extra airco in the upperfloor bedroom is an improvement
Beach towels
Blankets or light fleeces for the beds
Better internet
More cupboards closed for privacy =only one small cupboard left to stock groceries is not enough !

Nice property with atmosphere and personality ! We loved it !
It is not to Javea holidays to improve this but the garden was not well maintained nor the hallways .
The dogs in the properties leave marks of urine on the walls, floors and even liftdoors…
The commun hallways are dirty, and given a negative impression when you enter the building…..

Stayed for a month so really got the feel of the apartment ..
We had the penthouse modern stylish and well equipped we enjoyed the local supermarket most days light cooking at home ...10 min walk ...nearest beach bar was 10mins walk and we were ideally situated between the port and the arenal..for us we enjoyed the walk each day for 1 of our meals out ......may was unusually hot and the private terraces were very welcome ...recommend this apartment it's got style and personality home from home
Water argh a lot of plastic bottles so a water jug or water filter would be good
A sharp bread knife and a sharp slicing knife
Wine glasses ....we like a good wine so better wine glasses would be good
Outside sun loungers on terrace as we bought and left beach ones
These are practical items that we missed everything else was great
