Newly, beautifully designed! Be fascinated by the direct views of The Park and Mt Leconte. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (1 queen, 2 single beds). The living room and bedrooms each have a TV! You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen.
You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!
This is a two bedroom condo designed for 4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.
You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

Pros: There was enough space for a family of 4, there was a good view from the balcony, we saw bears around the condo several times, only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg Cons: The walls between condos are thin and you will hear your neighbors if they are not super quiet, overall the condo could use a deep clean - it looked like standard cleaning had been done but the building is older and the walls, fixtures, vents etc were past due, the oven is super old and will burn your food if you don’t use a lower temp or less time than instructed.

VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS!!! What a great and enjoyable vacation we had for the week. We left like the place was cozy and clean. We honestly had no issues with the Condo. Now, keep in mind if you are used to a bigger bathroom or shower, these are just a little bit smaller, but again worked perfectly for the week. Also, the only time we spent in the Condo was later in the evening. We loved that this Condo had a fireplace and had a fire going almost every night. The balcony was amazing, and the sunrise was beautiful to see some mornings.
Now, with all that said. We do understand each person's experience may be different and how much time they spend in the condo. We also could see how you could get lost in trying to find Condo if you're not familiar with the area. Overall, we felt the owners were very communicative and provided proper information, and easy to check in and depart. We would stay here again!

First off we really enjoyed our stay in the area for the week we were here, and I don't want to sound 100% negative about this property. However, you do kind of get what you pay for, and I doubt we would choose this condo again considering there are less expensive or comparable places with a washer and dryer in them.
The view is priceless so bring some binoculars.
We're not mad or disappointed with our stay. It was our choice to save money and stay here. We got a good deal on the condo so we weren't expecting a 5 star resort, but the place just felt dirty to us.
The place appeared to be clean, but if the owners are outsourcing house keeping they are getting ripped off.
The floors had not been swept or mopped. The bottoms of our feet were covered in dirt and dust immediately after arriving. Then we found some food crumbs and candy pieces on the floor over by the kitchen table.
The kitchen counters weren't very clean either and neither were the bathroom showers and tub. One of the shower heads barely works as well. We would put on our flip flops immediately after getting out of the shower.
We brought our on towels and only used theirs the morning we left.
I just got the feeling that the owners of this place didn't set foot in it very often.
My advice is bring any little thing you may think you may or may not need if you're staying longer than 2-3 days.
Trash bags, pot holders, salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies.
