You can reach your apartment by elevator or stairs. The entryway, featuring a convenient coat closet, leads into the cozy living and dining area. The dining area, complete with a dining table and a state-of-the-art kitchen, is equipped with top-of-the-line brand-name appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area, you can step out onto the covered east-facing balcony with modern patio furniture. The balcony is accessible via a single step and is therefore not wheelchair-accessible.

Here you have an apartment that you can make the most of by combining it with the adjacent apartment. If needed, you can access the Friesland 4 apartment via the balcony. The option to combine the two apartments is available, but not required.

From the living-dining area, you enter your private bedroom. The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a closet, also includes a modern en suite shower room. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant atmosphere and provide direct access to the covered balcony.

The shower room, featuring a toilet, an illuminated mirror, and a walk-in summer rain shower, also benefits from natural light.

This barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and smart lighting.

A bike storage room in the building’s basement is available for your bicycles or e-bikes.
