About this apartment rental
With 49 square meters of living space, this apartment offers the perfect blend of modernity and comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed either via the staircase or the elevator. Thanks to its location on the top floor, you’ll be able to enjoy a ceiling that soars up to 5 meters high. The high ceiling offers a particularly stunning view from the balcony.
The entryway, featuring a convenient coat closet, leads to the cozy living and dining area. In the front area, the red high-gloss kitchen is a special highlight and is also equipped with top-brand appliances. In the living area, a cozy sofa and wooden furniture invite you to relax. From the living-dining area, you can access the bedroom, which features its own flat-screen TV. The modern en suite bathroom features light-colored fixtures, a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and natural light.
The west-facing balcony is accessible from both the living room and the dining room and is furnished with modern patio furniture. It is accessible via a single step and is therefore not wheelchair-accessible.
The accessible apartment is equipped throughout with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and smart lighting.
A bike storage room in the building’s basement is available for your bicycles or e-bikes.
