You can reach your apartment via an elevator or the stairs. From the entrance area with a practical cloakroom it goes into the cozy living and dining area. The dining area with dining table and ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you can access the covered east-facing balcony with modern garden furniture.
Here you have an apartment that you can use optimally with the adjacent apartment. If necessary, you can reach the apartment Friesland 3 via the balcony. The possibility to combine is available, but not a must.
You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe also offers the modern shower room en suite. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant atmosphere and direct access to the covered balcony.
The shower room with toilet, illuminated mirror and walk-in summer rain shower also has daylight.

Schöne große Wohnung schön eingerichtet, genug Stauraum, schöner großer Balkon, Kleines Problem mit der Dusche schnell behoben.

Wir fanden am Ankunftstag eine Fewo vor, die genau der Beschreibung entsprach. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich, die Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Gut gefiel uns der lange und breite Balkon mit den beiden Liegen, sowie mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Mit Vliesjacke auch sehr gut im Oktober nutzbar! Wir waren begeistert von der Lage: Deich, Wasser, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Einkaufsladen, Cafés und Restaurants - alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Team der Agentur war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und präsent.
Eine Anregung hätten wir für die Eigentümer: bitte besorgen Sie einige Kleiderbügel mehr. Ich hänge Blusen und Hemden gerne auf, dazu reichen vier Bügel im Schrank für zwei Personen nicht. Die vier Bügel an der Garderobe sind okay. Auch Verdunklungsrollos im Schlafzimmer wären angenehm.
Trotzdem geben wir 5 Sterne, da wir ansonsten rundum zufrieden waren.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und SEHR zentral und strandnah gelegen. Es ist nachts nur leider sehr hell, zudem steht eine Straßenlaterne in der Sichtlinie, wenn man Seitenschläfer ist .
In der Küche fehlen Dinge wie Pfannenwender.
