From the bright, friendly living-dining area you reach the spacious loggia with a partial sea view.
Held from the entrance area on the right is the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, a towel heater and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the sink offer the highest level of comfort. The shower room is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Either from the shower room or from the living-dining area you can access your bedroom via a clever sliding glass door.
The bedroom with a box spring bed that is easy on the back offers plenty of natural light, but can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to coated pleated blinds. Here, too, you have direct access to the balcony.
The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.
