"Apartment was on the groundfloor which is really practical with heavy suitscases. Landlord was reliable. Added an elextronical radiator to the apartment apart from the one already installed."

Зручне бесконтактне заселення. Розташування поруч зі станцією метро Тараса Шевченко. Відносна чистота та затишок.
У квартирі практикують сушку постільної білизни та рушників від попередніх гостей прям у житловій кімнаті. Через це у спальній зоні досить сиро та специфічно за ароматами. В умовах поки ще відсутностості опалення тривале провітрювання квартири досить складне питання. Тож від сирості позбавитись важко.

Зручне розташування, нормальні умови. Чудове співвідношення ціни/якості
Оскільки квартира на першому поверсі у вані з каналізації був не приємний запах. Але впевнена, що якщо ви залишаєтесь на день - два то це зовсім не помітно.
