Зручне місце розташування - поруч метро, гарна локація в історичному центрі. Максимально спрощене поселення і адекватна ціна, гарна комунікація. У квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного перебування.

Мінуси: запах сирості у квартирі, вся білизна має неприємний аромат цвілі, холодно, більшість розеток не працюють, на фото є червоний диван, а в житті замість нього інший, місцями з плямами, під ліжком в кімнаті лежала електронна курилка - значить перед нами не було прибирання. Плюси: розташування, мінімальний набір техніки, посуду, багато білизни (але вона вже давно сіра та стара), гарний вид з балкона. Здалося, що плату взяли виключно за вид з вікна та розташування. Сама квартира не вартує стільки. Якби не аромат цвілі та сирості навіть на рушниках та постілі, можна було б жити.
