Julia and Svetlana were really interested and helpful. Apartment’s location was really wonderful, you can walk anywhere from that location. Also house was clean and big enough. If you’re looking for two bedrooms, it could be the best option in town. Payment method is up to you, we paid with the card and also they let us to split the bill. I’m totally suggesting this place, you’ll be satisfied 👌

The location

We paid for an apartment suitable for 6 persons to sleep in. Once arrived the sofa bed was broken, and after talking to the office we where promised to get an inflatable bed for 2 persons. But they only delivered one for one person, and the office was closed, when we realized this. So one of our boys had to sleep on the floor the first night. We complained by mail and asked for compensation. Next day we didn’t hear from them, so we walked back to the office, where the employee was really rude to us and said that one could perfectly well sleep in the broken bed. Then she wanted to compensate us with an apartment for two persons a couple of blocks away, but none of our four children wanted to sleep alone. She then told us we could just leave and find another place to stay, but it was 8 o’clock in the evening. One more night on the floor! Next day we were provided with one more inflatable bed - and got a compensation of less than a nights stay. We didn’t get, what we paid for, and she was really very rude to us - not trying to fix the problem. And she kept telling us this was an unpredictable situation! Hmmmm, however their problem, not ours! We can not recommend this place at all!
