Розташування чудове. Комунікація нескладна.. дозволили залишити речі перед заселенням.
Взяли через балкон - балкон заствавлений речами в коробках. Один пульт на два телевізора. Розетка видерта зі стіни в спальні. У підлозі в кімнаті дирка. Коли вибухи, які доволі далеко, в іншому районі, дім ходить ходуном - сиара будівля відчувається. До метро не встигаєш добігти. Це не мінус житлу, але це треьа мати на увазі. І замініть люстру в кімнаті - ті вісюлькі скляні при вибухах працюють не терапевтично. Але найбільше не сподобалось, що після проживання тобі пишуть, що, мовляв, увійдіть в становище і поставте 10. Це нечесно і вводить в оману інших. Не робіть так.
