Good location, comfortable space with everything you need.

Great location - good sized accommodation. Parking underground was great for security as we were able to leave our ski equipment in the car overnight.

We had constant problems with getting the tv to work. Was really frustrating!

I was a victim of racism by the concierge, never rent this place, I rented the property to spend 2 days with my boyfriend and when my boyfriend was at work the concierge kept knocking on the door saying that I was opening the door several times and my boyfriend and I are smokers and the apartment did not have a balcony we always had to go down to be able to smoke, the concierge claimed that he knew what a South American was doing there, I did not understand his position, my boyfriend and I are already looking for the law to solve it in the best way

If you are looking for a warm place to stay in winter, this apartment is not for you. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. One bedroom was fine and warm, but the second bedroom was terrible. It was freezing the entire night. Even with the blanket, it was impossible to stay warm. The floor was ice cold, and sleeping there was extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the property about this issue, and they told me that the room temperature was 22°C and that they could not make it warmer. This is simply not true. Maybe one room was 22°C, but the other bedroom felt almost the same temperature as outside. On top of that, the toilet smelled very bad, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The only positive thing about this place is the location, which is quite nice. Unfortunately, comfort and cleanliness were far below expectations.

Comfortable and conveniently located accommodation

The room was spacious and very well equipped for those who want to self-cater. Location-wise it was ideal, just a short walk from the station.

The entry system caused my friend a lot of grief as the code she was given didn’t open the door. Luckily I had the phone number and we arrived early enough for her to phone for assistance. While the shower in the large bathroom was good, the shower cubicle itself was surprising small.

I enjoyed it without any worries.

The room was clean and neat. Kitchen utensils were provided, and the shower and toilet were clean. It was very close to Aigle station, and supermarkets and restaurants were within walking distance, so it was a great location for us who were sightseeing in Switzerland. I'm sure I'll choose this hotel again if I come to Aigle again.

There was a deposit when I made the reservation, and the lock was called an air key, so I downloaded an app to open and close the room. There was a laundry service, but you had to register online and pay a fee to use it, which was a bit of a challenge for me as a tourist and not very good at English. I also found it a bit inconvenient that I had to take out the trash myself and that towels weren't changed. There was no front desk, so all communication was done via message. I recommend checking these things carefully before staying.

Nice looking apartment. Central location.

-The kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned: there were food remnants, hairs on the ventilation, and grease spots throughout. Overall, it felt more like a budget hotel standard than a well-kept space. - Presence of silverfish insects. - Very noisy due to heavy traffic nearby and train - No way to fully darken the room at night: the cheap shades let in a lot of streetlight, and there were no proper curtains - The “AirKey” app (keyless entry system) was buggy and poorly designed. It repeatedly triggered my phone’s contactless payment feature instead of unlocking the door. Additionally, after installing the app, my phone became hot and unresponsive.

Its exactly as described. Clean and has the basics you need.

No air con. Just a fan that worked but doesn’t oscillate (it’s broken) so it is a very hot apartment when 30+ outside. Makes sleeping difficult. Fan had to run all night, possibly disturbing for some.

A minute away from the train station. So convenient to visit Montreux, Vevey, even Lausanne and Morges. Clean, comfortable and no noise from other apartments.

Great place to stay and very clean.

The location was great for my purpose. Room was very clean. Staff on the end of the phone very very helpful and respond quickly to requests.

I only had one fork for two of us and some of the pans are on their last leg, quite noisy if you are a light sleeper but we were right at the front on the roundabout, heating controls not working, so was quite cold but spoke to the head office and they arranged an additional duvet and also for me to get an extra fork so super helpful.

All was catastrophe from cheek inn to cheek out. complicated cheek in room dirty windows dirty 2towels not cleaning in all time of stay the stove was broken all week I couldn't heat or cook anything oven broken handle to regulate the temperature fell off cupboard door broken ikea bed mattress dirty and soft my back hurt all week pillows old complaint sheet with holes in it the heating is not working mini shower cabin dirty walls important info: U are forced to clean all flat before you live if not you will be charge extra money from deposit 50chf per 1h extra clean!when in Swiss usually charge for clean is 25-30chf I know coze I rent me place to… they take the deposit of 200chf and then look for how not to give it back to you, which also happened to me. After 2 days!me cheek out,the admin sent a picture of another room and I was accused of not cleaning it and I will pay extra,luckily I took a picture and video of the room before leaving I had confirmation that it wasn't me otherwise I would have paid for nothing that’s is impossible!I have never seen such theft anywhere. I do not recommend it to anyone I paid for 6 nights 800chf plus 200 deposit for such money I could sleep in a hotel and be clean service daily I wouldn't have to clean me self.

Most enjoyable despite a few little hiccups, but that's travelling.

It was a lovely roomy modern apartment. Also it was very well located.

The keyless entry system was complex and difficult for people who are not too computer aware. The day temperatures were very hot and the room did not have air conditioning although a fan was provided. Using the hair dryer tripped the fuse box switch so we lost lighting and power for 24 hours until the hosts sent me an email explaining where the fuse box was and I reset it, then all was fine.

emplacement très pratique, proche gare place de stationnement en sous-terrain

- les équipements électriques mis à disposition (bouilloire, machine à café, grille-pain) sont en prise ronde / européenne, donc inutilisables, car aucun adaptateur n'est mis à disposition - le service client, au bout de 5 jours d'échanges (sur les 7 du séjour), n'avait toujours pas mis à disposition d'adaptateurs. J'ai dû en acheter un, faute d'efficacité et de réactivité des équipes - la VMC, bien que très bruyante, n'empêchait pas le logement d'être très humide - local poubelle particulièrement sale - la poubelle de la salle de bains n'avait pas été vidée avant notre arrivée

L'emplacement idéal, parking super avec ascenseur, jolie vue depuis le balcon, personnel très poli et disponible.

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est la baignoire, pas du tout de barre pour se tenir, donc dangereux, j'ai risqué plusieurs fois de tomber car avec le savon c'est une vèritable patinoire et si on prend un bain on ne peux plus sortir de la baignoire trop profonde et comme je l'ai dit rien pour nous aider à se lever et sortir. En plus, même en faisant attention on inonde toute le sol de la salle de bain comme il n'y a pas de manpare. Alors j'ai achetè une barre avec vantouse pour avoir un peu de sécurité. En plus le mècanisme de l'écoulement ne fonctionnait pas por fermer ou ouvrir l'écoulement de l'eau. et à l´heure actuelle, dans les hôtels, les baignoires c'est du vieux jeux, on passe aux douches, plus confortables et sécurisée.

La disponibilité et l amabilité de la personne à qui j ai parlé par téléphone pour des questions concernant le code d entrée , les problèmes constatés dans le studio .

Il faisait froid dans le studio , le chauffage n est pas dans le studio donc pas possible d augmenter la température. J aurai aimé un duvet supplémentaire j ai dû attendre le lendemain pour en obtenir un . La télévision ne fonctionnait pas , j ai aussi dû attendre le lendemain pour régler le problème. Le studio donnait sur un rond point donc très bruyant. Pas de rideaux opaques donc trop de luminosité pendant la nuit .
