Great location and lots of space in the accommodation. Good shower and bath facilities. Comfortable sofa. Easy access to town but definitely get the bus back up as the walk up the hill is a tough one. Close to the supermarkets and travelling out of town.
Unfortunately it just seems in need of a bit more attention. The blinds in the bedroom and living room plus the bathroom radiator were all in need of a clean. The toaster was not used as it looked somewhat neglected. No pepper despite there being salt and many other herbs. A butter knife would be a good addition, as would a washing up brush. The TV was very temperamental; often just losing the streaming channels or not coming on.
Lots of little things that could easily be resolved to really enhance the accommodation.

Location very good
Quiet even tho near main road
Plenty space to put wash things in bathroom
Bed very large n nice linen
Plenty towels
Basic cleaning products n fairy liquid
Dishwasher if u wanted one
Very good communication
No microwave
No electric kettle , heavy kettle on gas hob . Ok if strong but I have arthritis and very hard to lift it .
Table lamp on dress table would be good as it’s in a dark area .

Beautiful apartment with big windows, big bed, big bedroom noce and cosy lots of space.
Mattress are very old ,uncomfortable , too soft, very cold during the night, i would remove unnecessary items form the kitchen and put bin bags in the bin instead plastic bag, and i prefer bathroom to be separate from the bedroom.

Lovely location. Quiet street and a nice walk downhill into Dartmouth town and river front. Great one bed apartment with huge superking double bed very comfy. All facilities that we needed were there and worked well. Will remember this place for future visits to Dartmouth. Host was kind, friendly and very helpful, thanks for a lovely stay.

Everything, bed was comfy and it’s a lovely little apartment off the house well furnished. And got essentials included. Very value for money. Also has little fishes. Good location. Also has an information folder that’s very useful. We had an amazing stay cannot fault Any of it.

We enjoyed the walk to and from town, then connecting to the coast path and/or ferries. Didn't use the car for three days! The super-king bed was comfortable (although some of the bed linen seemed rather old). The kitchen was well equipped. Plentiful hot water and efficient heating.
The apartment is very small but it was sufficient space given that we had good weather and were out most of the time.
The TV was problematic the first evening but the host sorted it out quickly.
Off-road parking was a plus.
The bottle of sparking wine was a kind gesture.
A few things were not to our taste - eg supermarket bread, very green bananas, and the only cereal provided was all-bran! But that is just personal preference. We would have much preferred a smaller welcome pack but higher quality.
The space doesn't allow for a proper table. The huge sofa was too heavy to be able to turn it to face the TV.

Had a great Winter stay at Little Haven . The Annexe to the main house is lovely - tastefully and comfortably furnished making it a real "home from home" with everything you need . The galley kitchen is great including washing machine , dryer , dishwasher etc and very well organised even when only only spending a few days and it was nice to have extras such as tea and coffee there for you on arrival plus cleaning products and extra tea towels etc provided even though not used It was obvious that everything was on hand for a longer stay if needed and very well appointed with quality fittings . Very spacious " bougie" bedroom with a lovely big bed and good sized bathroom with excellent shower . All decorated vey well and to a high standard as throughout including the comfortable lounge area with good TV , books , games etc to relax in when weather is bad ! The property is an invigorating and atmospheric 20min short walk into town but IS very steep and personally wouldn't walk back (or couldn't as knees wouldn't take it !!) . There is an excellent bus service just round the corner however and makes up for the peace and quiet in staying in a residential area in what is probably a very busy place in peak season . Parking was good - just outside door . All in a very well appointed , comfortable but stylish property in a lovely part of Devon. Thank you to owners who provided a a really thoughtful touch to everything provided including extra blankets , towels and slippers , kitchen stuff such as tea towels and a welcome hamper which was greatly appreciated 5 +++++
Only gripe was maybe get a new mattress topper and pillows. Great size bed and bedding but very soft but that's our preference for something a bit harder as we like sleeping on a memory foam mattress.

Location
Excessive amount of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils for the number of occupants and disorganised. Bedding although clean was crumpled and ill fitting.

You couldn't fault this place- it's brilliant

The generous welcome basket which was provided. The apartment was spacious, the furniture good quality and the kitchen well equipped. It was easy to log on to the WIFI
The outside space needed some TLC and the area was not very attractive. Once you'd negotiated the very overgrown Churchyard the walk to the town was all downhill through more attractive surroundings. We recommend catching the bus for your return trip unless you are super fit. We did it once! The bus even struggled up the hill. The position of the accommodation discouraged evening visits to the town on foot.

One of the best if not the best self catering apartments we have stayed in.

Lovely quiet area close to Dartmouth town. When we went into Dartmouth we used the 90 bus service which dropped us off at the pontoon £4 return each, saved the hassle of parking the car. The apartment was very clean and well furnished and the breakfast hamper plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was large with a two windows. The bed was massive and very comfy, you could get lost in it! The bathroom was big too and the shower efficient. The lounge has a large three seater sofa and dining table for two with a view of the owners garden and the Guinea pigs. We stayed for 4nights and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for two people.
Having to come home.

The owners were present on arrival. Alternatively there was a lock box.
The garden area wasn't private from owners

very clean with hospitable hosts, off street parking, good amount of provisions supplied, washing and dryer machines as well as dishwasher
lack of privacy…given that one of hosts’s windows could see into our living area should we not have our blinds closed

For three nights there weren’t enough breakfast supplies. Long climb back after dinner, wow those hills are steep!

A bottle of Prosecco with a welcome card. Generous amount of food left for breakfast for our 3 day stay. The owners sent a list of restaurants on booking the accommodation and offered to book a table for us. Plenty of towels, shower and shampoo were available. The owners lived next door but we had a high degree of privacy. We were given their mobile phone number if there was anything that we required.
Nothing except the weather!

The breakfast basket and fridge extras including sausages, milk, bacon etc were very generous
Truly - nothing really except the distance from town. But in saying this, the walk into town was about 15 minutes and the advice to get the No. 90 bus back up the hill was fabulous!

Breakfast hamper was amazing every thing you could have wanted. Accommodation was excellent spacious and very well equipped. Location was great…10 minute walk down hill to town 15 minutes back… all up hill but we don’t mind walking. There are buses outside if if preferred. Hosts were great txted to see if we were ok and anything we needed. Would stay here again for sure.
Nothing as it was lovely

The host had left a basket with breakfast items and cooked breakfast items in the fridge which was a very welcome touch. The property was neat and clean and we could use the garden. We enjoyed chatting to the guinea pigs!! Very good communication from the host checking that we were ok was also nice.
There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like but we didn’t realise how far it was from the town.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs - we were attending our son's Passing Out Parade at BRNC and so the location was great. Louise was fabulous with her communications beforehand and gave me so much useful information about where to eat etc and knew the College well.....and also answered all my daft questions from not having been away for so long and forgotten how to do it hahaha
The fact that there was a parking space was very handy as Dartmouth was very busy and parking was at a premium so it was good not to have to worry. 👍
We had a very long journey travelling down (about 7 hours) and so it was so lovely to arrive to such a friendly warm welcome from Gareth, he showed us all the amenities quickly and without and fuss. The flat was beautiful, modern, bright, fresh and very well styled.....lovely colour scheme and lots of mod cons. We weren't going to be spending much time in the flat which was a shame as it really was lovely and had a nice outside space to sit and enjoy the sunshine too. It absolutely met our needs for the purpose of our visit but also offered so much more too (including homemade dinners delivered to the flat to save you cooking....we didn't use this but the menu looked great and a good price too). The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need for a longer stay....washing machine, dishwasher and every kitchen gadget imaginable😳
There was a fabulous welcome hamper with everything we needed without having to set a foot back out to get anything after such a long journey. Pinot, chocolate, biscuits and fruit and everything we needed for a hot and continental breakfast.....so well thought out and very much appreciated 🥰
I happened to just mention in passing whilst Gareth was showing us around that I'd daftly left my coat at home (and rain was forecast)....next thing I knew Louise had messaged me offering me a selection of her coats and scarves as Gareth thought we were a similar size.
There was nothing to not like. Perfect hosts, perfect accommodation, thoughtful touches, cuddles with the doggies and a chat with the guinea pigs outside. Even though the flat is attached to the family home with an adjoining door ..we barely heard a peep for the 3 days we there...which is amazing to say there are 3 children and 2 dogs there too.

A very lovely property for a couple, there was plenty of room and parking just outside was great.
Loved the little touches that the hosts provided and the hamper was great. it was made more personal by the card addressed to you with the Prosecco.
Gareth and Louise were very helpful in providing a couple of extra things that we asked for and ice for that much needed G&T.
We managed to find an easier walk into town but relied on the bus/taxi to get back.
Would recommend it as a place to stay if you are visiting Dartmouth.
The only thing that we found slightly uncomfortable was the bed and that was due to it being a standard double. When you look to change the bed in the future the room is certainly big enough for a 5ft bed and this would have made it a perfect 10.
