Location was perfect for our little family of 4, only a 20 minute stroll down into Dartmouth and it only cost 7 pound for a taxi back the annex was absolutely perfect for us! Louise went above and beyond setting up the travel cot for our youngest and even put a highchair up for us the facilities were perfect everything we needed! Thank you so much x

Lovely little annex. Well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Clean and tidy. The hosts were great at accommodating a small baby, with a cot (sheets and mattress) and a highchair. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location, walkable into town although a steep walk back. Loved it, will be back!

The generous welcome basket which was provided. The apartment was spacious, the furniture good quality and the kitchen well equipped. It was easy to log on to the WIFI
The outside space needed some TLC and the area was not very attractive. Once you'd negotiated the very overgrown Churchyard the walk to the town was all downhill through more attractive surroundings. We recommend catching the bus for your return trip unless you are super fit. We did it once! The bus even struggled up the hill. The position of the accommodation discouraged evening visits to the town on foot.
