About this house rental
Free standing single family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Two master suites with granite and tile showers and upgraded amenities. Wolf kitchen appliances and an open kitchen to accommodate large groups. The unit has a private sunbathing balcony and sleeps up to 11 people. Located in the spectacular Sea Colony West close to state of the art tennis facility and close proximity to the beach. There are over 30 tennis courts, 14 pools and a beautiful private beach for residents.

The house was amazing—probably the best in Sea Colony! The floors have been updated, along with two of the bathrooms and the kitchen, which made everything feel fresh and modern. Check-in was seamless, and the owner was extremely responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was an amazing experience! The house was spotless and the perfect space for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 pre-teens. Scott was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay, and always quick to respond. We left something behind, and he kindly offered to mail it to us! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer.

My family and I, which included two sets of grandparents and two little ones, had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was spacious, clean, and gorgeous. The layout (two master bedrooms on two different floors) worked perfectly for the grandparents, and we particularly appreciated having two decks so that everyone could enjoy the beautiful trees lining the backyard. Also, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans for people who love to cook. We highly recommend this place, and would definitely consider staying here again!
