The Space:
Contemporary comfort and East Coast charm collide in the best way here at Bethany West --- 557 Fairway! As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the adorable blue exterior and lush landscaping that will welcome you with open arms. Step inside and you will find the open layout that will be absolutely ideal for entertaining the whole family and mingling after a full day of fun. Speaking of fun, you will love having easy access to the shared pool, tennis courts, and playground to keep everyone busy each day. When everyone works up an appetite, the chef of the group will be more than willing to hop into the full kitchen, as high-end stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and all of the cookware needed for tasty recipes await in the full kitchen. Plus, everyone else can reminisce at the breakfast bar, the sectional sofa in the living room, or one of the two dining tables as dinner is finishing up. Entertainment won't be hard to come by with the large flatscreen TV in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and free WiFi as well, so get ready to indulge in memorable movie nights! Property has an outdoor gas grill, gazebo and outdoor seating, 2nd refrigerator /freezer in the garage. Things to know Five of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Amazing vacation in Bethany Beach. 557 Fairway House is a beautiful home tastefully decorated and has many amenities. The puzzles, indoor games and outdoor area provided hours of family entertainment. The trolley is nearby for those who cannot or do not wish to walk the 20 minutes to the beach. There were many beach items such as chairs and boogie boards in the garage. The garage even had a drying rack on the wall for your towels. Absolutely loved the house!

Beautiful clean house within walking distance to the beach. 2 pools in the development that always seemed empty ( with lifeguard on duty ).
Well stocked kitchen. Kitchen appliances seemed relatively new. Great sitting area in the back! My grandson loved the supersize dollhouse!
Only negatives were that you had to buy soap and paper goods ( after “starter goods “ which were minimally suppled were exhausted).
Cleaning people forgot to clean under the beds and couches.
After looking at my review I guess a downgrade to 4.5 stars is in order.
Still a great stay!
