we had a lovely time in Milan, we would have liked to have been a bit closer to the centre of Milan and have a few more

the shower was great, and the bed was comfy. it was handy that there was a tram stop right outside.

it was smaller than expected and a long distance from the city. we struggled to find the appliances for some aspects while we were there too (we had to boil water using a saucepan).

La ubicación, se podía caminar de noche cerca del hipódromo Snai la Maura.

Demasiado caro para las instalaciones que tenía, el aire acondicionado esta pegado a la cama, no responden correctamente los mensajes.

Notre séjour était parfait une chambre avec une salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire, le gros plus c’est l’espace cuisine que l’on trouve dans la chambre. On trouve une station de tramway juste en face la porte. Cela nous a permis de pouvoir se déplacer très facilement.

Très cher, petit, assez loin du centre touristique, mais tout l'équipement est présent.

Le tramway Ligne 14 est au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier sans problème de sécurité. Immeuble correct.

- Le prix de location de l'appartement est très cher : 233€/nuit ! (+ taxe de séjour) Peut-être en raison du Salon de Mobile qui est une période chargée. - Je pense qu'il faudrait parler d'un "Studio" plutôt que d'un "appartement". Il y a peu d'espace, mais tout y est. On se cogne facilement sur le coin du lit, sur le meuble de cuisine au dessus de l'évier, sur la paroi de douche... - La ventilation est bruyante, même si on ne déclenche pas la VMC (ventilation motorisée). - La procédure pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'appartement, en suivant un lien, n'est pas simple. J'ai des problèmes de batterie sur mon téléphone et cela a failli m'empêcher d'y accéder. - Les échanges par Whatsapp étaient peu chaleureux.

Il sistema di riscaldamento non funzionante dal giorno dell'arrivo, sollecitati i proprietari, finalmente dopo 4 giorni hanno provveduto a cambiare il sistema: Nel frattempo ho dovuto provvedere personalmente a coperte aggiuntive. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è la fuoriuscita di acqua di scarico dal bagno che ha allagato l'appartamento.
