Quiet Top Floor 2 BR Flat Near Nice Port with Lift Balcony AC and Fast WiFi

The AC was key during the horrible heatwave. Beds were comfortable, overall place was clean and nice.

There was a smell in the place, perhaps urine on the furniture? It was too hot to open the windows for fresh air. Immediate area had some drunk people but no one bothered us at all.

Spacious and well equipped and quiet. Good location.

Responsiveness of host when we raised an issue with check in

Having flagged that we would be arriving late, we were advised to collect keys from concierge via PIN code. When the taxi stopped we asked them to wait while we got the keys. Unfortunately there were no keys left for us and so each of the 4 of us separately checked to ensure there was no mistake being made. We sent a sesame to the host who thankfully responded promptly within 5 minutes. However, we had asked the taxi driver to wait while we checked multiple times and waited for a response as it was late and night and we were in a city we were not familiar with. As a result, the taxi journey which should have been so much cheaper ended up costing 63 euro so it was a disappointing and stressful start to an otherwise great trip.

Great location. Quiet spacious property with plenty of character in a very convenient location. Nice Riquier Station is nearby.
