About this house rental
This rustic, contemporary, mountain home is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Situated on 1.25 acres of wooded land, this property offers plenty of space to explore. Nestled in the trees high atop Echo Hills, one can enjoy beautiful views from the private deck, and the occasional wildlife sightings. At night, cozy up to a fire while enjoying the twinkling city lights below. Property elevation is about 9600 ft. Please note, there are 5 cameras on the property. One on the left at the front door, one near the garage, and one at the backdoor overlooking the hot tub and fire pit. There are also 2 cameras in the garage on the door motors. They are in place for insurance purposes and are visible in the photos included in this listing. This is very common practice for many vacation rental homes, and is standard at hotels, gyms, community pools, etc. VRBO requires us to include information about the 5 cameras and their exact locations in our property description to be able to list our home on their platform. Elevation is 9600ft.

Spent about 7 weeks and really enjoyed it! The place was as advertised, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed the sunrises over Denver and the perfect weather. Hot tub was a plus and the owners became our friends. Courtney and Cody were quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Regret having to leave!

We used the property as a meeting place. It was a good in between spot for the meeting with everything needed. It was a little warm without A/C, but it cools off pretty good at night. The communication from the property owner was good and they offered some good advice on the app and in a folder at the property. The cleaning fee is a bit high in my opinion. The top dishwasher rack fell out when fully extended as the stoppers were both not installed. We installed them again, but not before a couple glasses were broken when the rack fell out of the rails.
