This remodeled house near South Table Mountain is the perfect home base for your outdoor Colorado adventures. You can head to the South Table Mountain trailhead for hiking & mountain biking, ride your road bike through town and up Lookout Mountain, or walk to the many local breweries, bars & restaurants of Downtown Golden. Don’t forget Coors Brewery, Colorado School of Mines and Clear Creek as other great places to visit closeby.
The house has plenty of spaces to work or study, along with wifi, which makes it the perfect place to get your work or school done in a tranquil setting. Both the front and back yard have space for relaxing outside, as there is little traffic in this neighborhood.
The open floor plan includes a main living room with cable TV, centrally located kitchen with appliances and espresso machine for morning lattes, and laundry room with washer & dryer. The dining room has double doors that open up to the back patio, perfect for al fresco dining during the cool Colorado evenings. The guest room with queen bed has two windows that give plenty of natural light, and the second room has bunk beds for kids and kids-at-heart. The master bedroom with a queen bed also has multiple windows, an attached bathroom with shower, and large walk-in closet with plenty of room for clothes and storage. The office, located off the dining room, has a large desk and futon couch that can covert to a bed if needed. There is a Pack-N-Play and additional blow up mattress for additional sleeping needs.

We loved this property. It has a great layout and lives very well. The back patio is private and has an excellent view of South Table Mountain, which is a safe and easy neighborhood walk to the trailhead. The office proved to be perfect for remote work, reliable fast internet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beds were comfortable, property was very clean and the owners were generous provisioning the place for our stay. Owners were wonderful and attentive. Electronic access was convenient for check in and during our stay. Great location for access to trails, red rocks, downtown Golden or easy access to Denver.
