The accommodations are exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet, charming and close to downtown Golden. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.

We stayed in Heidi's cozy apartment for our son's college graduation weekend and it was the perfect location, far enough away to be very quiet (very lovely, quiet neighborhood with lots of cute rabbits) but close enough that we could walk into Golden easily and avoid traffic and parking concerns. The unit was very clean and well-outfitted, as I said quiet and a nice little outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. One of the beds was way too soft for us and there was no curtain on the window in this bedroom letting in the streetlight all night, so we slept in the other. Other than that and on the whole an excellent choice if you are staying in Golden, great alternative to a boring hotel room.

Heidi is very accommodating and helpful. We arrived after dark and the walk way is nicely lit with subdued lights.

Communication with host was not good. Tried to contact host on arrival to find entrance. And through out trip and host did not answer any messages or calls. Left messages and never heard back from host.
