About this house rental
This private and spacious suite is the perfect place for enjoying your vacation. Located in the bottom floor of a private home this suite has a private entrance through the side of the house. Conveniently located at the base of the mountains and within walking distance to Coors, charming Downtown Golden and Natural Grocers, this suite has everything you need to feel all the comforts of home. Red Rocks is only a 15 minute drive from the house making it a great location if you're looking to see your favorite band at Red Rocks, the best venue in the world. The School of Mines is about a 2 minute drive and 15 minute walk to the suite. Colorado boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and with the closest ski slopes only 45 minutes away and lots of hiking, biking and tubing to be explored, this is a spot for adventure that shouldn't be missed! We allow dogs for a one time non refundable fee of $50.

This was an ideal location for our visit to Golden. We normally stay in a hotel, but the cost and proximity to things we wanted to do wasn't great. This allowed us to easily get to downtown Golden and spend time together in a comfortable apartment. The beds were comfortable, but the sound of people walking around upstairs would wake us up nightly. We decided that we would probably stay here again, but bring white noise machine.

We were there for our son's wedding. Could not have asked for anything more. Helped to make the wedding and the multiple events go as smooth as possible. Great and quick communication. Awesome follow through.

This was a nice place to stay, the host is very responsive and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.The suite is very nice and clean.

Communication with host was not good. Tried to contact host on arrival to find entrance. And through out trip and host did not answer any messages or calls. Left messages and never heard back from host.
