We loved our stay in this Kittredge condo! We came in for a concert at Red Rocks but wanted to be closer to the mountains. We got everything we wanted, the charm of small mountain town restaurants and shops and being about fifteen minutes from Red Rocks. There were 4 of us and we occupied the two bedrooms upstairs. The King size beds were very comfortable and the condo is very quiet, making for a great place to sleep. We enjoyed the living room area and playing board games at the kitchen table. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed.
One of the best parts of this stay was our hostess. Sherri was accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She has a nice home manual with local recommendations and everything you need to know about the rental. She also left snacks and treats in the house which were small thoughtful touches.

Sherri's is the perfect place if you are in the area. Her home is cozy and she's thought of every small detail to ensure you enjoy your stay. This was our third visit and hope to be back again next year. Thank you!

As everyone said, the place is very clean. There is coffee and snacks which are nice.
if you forgot a toothbrush or anything I'm sure you will find it.
If you choose to cook, lots of spices.
We were worried about getting an uber to red rocks but that was simple.

This condo is very comfortable and cozy. We had 2 couples on our stay and we each felt our beds were comfortable and the house well appointed. From fresh fruit to coffee the little unexpected extras were nice.
Located close to Morrison and Red Rocks the travel was easy and scenic. We also went to Boulder, Golden, and Evergreen. We drove around and around each corner was something new to see.
The location was perfect for us. We drove a lot for 4 days and all on one tank of gas.
Sherri the owner will take good care of your needs. But leave you alone unless you ask.
