Welcome by Sandrine was very warm-hearted and uncomplicated ! It is a lovely old house completely renovated and the interior is modern and cosy , spacious and absolutely perfectly clean . Kitchen is well equipped , beds and mattress very comfortable . It is a perfect location to visit Cap Fréhel , all the surrounding beaches , also Mont St.Michel , St.Malo , Cancale . There is a lot of space for kids , a huge terrace to enjoy a relaxed evening and sunset . Highly recommendable , we would always come back ! Merci Sandrine !

It was our first stay at this property, which is well located in a rural area close to the village of Frehel and about 10 minutes drive from beautiful beaches. The appartment is on the first floor and very spacious, light and airy. The decor is modern and clean. We liked the open-plan living area as well as the large shared games room. The terrace was a generous size and lovely for watching the sun go down. Our host Sandrine was really helpful and friendly. We spoke only French with her, but she had produced an English translation of the property info and local amenities, so I'm sure you could get by with very limited French. All in all would recommend for a lovely stay in a great area.

Sehr nette ,hilfsbereite Vermieter, Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht dem Gast alles Recht zu machen. Es entstand ein fast freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par l'hôte qui est de bons conseils et très sympathique 🙂 Le logement est propre, bien équipé, grand... Le top du top 👍 Il est situé au calme, vue sur la campagne, près de toutes commodités (en voiture). Le coin est super : plein de belles choses à voir. On repart des souvenirs plein la tête et avec l'envie d'y revenir ! 😁

cc sandrine tres beau gite se sont des personnes qui renovent avec gout melangeant modernite et une touche d ancien ... belle balade a faire pas tres loin contexte tres sympa .. proprietaire acceuillant et a l ecoute . donne bonne adresse pour balade et visite et marches du terroirs dans les alentours du gite nous .avons passe un tres bon sejour merci encore christine et mario..les normands

Ce gîte est très très bien. Spacieux, confortable, pratique. Il est full équipé pour passer un séjour agréable. La terrasse est vraiment un plus offrant une très belle vue. Quand les palmiers auront poussé, cela sera encore mieux :-). Il ne manque rien à ce gîte et est très propre. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse sans égal. Accueillant à l'arrivée , avenant tout au long de votre séjour et toujours présents en cas de besoins. Sandrine et Cyrille sont aux petits soins pour vous. Que cela soit conseils ou autres (Merci Cyrille pour cette sortie pêche , et les suivantes lorsque nous reviendront :-) ) . Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et ce dans les moindres détails. Le logement est totalement opérationnel, très bien équipé, propre, pratique... rien ne manque. La terrasse est un atout considérable, le parking est vaste et à l'intérieur de la propriété, les abords sont très bien entretenus et en cours de développement (bassin à plantes et poissons, plantations, terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong, fitness, etc...). Un tout grand merci aux propriétaires! En effet, Sandrine et Cyrille sont très avenants, proches, à l'écoute de leurs locataires et de bons conseils. Logement fidèle à la description, lumineux, plus grand qu’il n’y parait sur les photos. La terrasse est très agréable. Propreté impeccable, rien ne manque! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et de bons conseil! Un accueil d'une qualité inégalable, hôtes très convivials, bienveillants et de bon conseil. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, chaleureux, agréable, et très fonctionnel.
