Peacefully nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac and high up in prestigious Sandy Bay, this spacious home captures spectacular 180-degree views of the city, bridge, river and eastern shore from almost every room. You’ll feel a world away, but is a mere five-minute drive from town and 15 minutes to the CBD. Set across two levels—off-street parking, two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen add to your group's convenience.
Tucked away overlooking the river and city, this home is set across two levels with the main living space capitalising on the sprawling vistas upstairs. Cosy up in the open-plan living area with a TV catering to your evening entertainment, while a separate dining area invites you to relish meals at home while soaking up uninterrupted views of the Derwent. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a full set of cookware for preparing meals. Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the sunrise over the river while sipping your morning coffee.
The views continue on upstairs in the queen-sized primary bedroom, which offers an attached ensuite. You’ll also find a second queen bedroom on this level, along with another bathroom—offering both a shower and bath. Downstairs, a third bedroom houses two single beds, while a half bath adds to your group’s convenience. If you require a porta cot this is available on request at the time of booking.
Make use of in-unit laundry and a two-car garage throughout the duration of your stay.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

The undisputed highlight of this house is without a doubt the magnificent views from basically every room. The house otherwise had all we needed, was very clean and in a great quiet location just a short drive from a fab cafe and all the conveniences of Sandy Bay retail precinct. But the views absolutely stole the show!

The unit was clean, great view. Dishwasher is broken, no internet, cooking utilities are very poor quality (any thing you cook will stick to them, even small egg!)
