About this house rental
Welcome to your peaceful Hobart retreat - an inviting space designed for relaxation, comfort, and a touches of luxury. Located in the sought after suburb of Mount Nelson, this home offers incredible views of the River Derwent and Hobart city.
Inside, you'll find a clean, comfortable layout with a relaxed atmosphere. The open plan living and dining area is a great spot to unwind in front of the TV (equipped with a Chromecast), or soak in the water views over a Tassie inspired platter.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, or utilise the BBQ on the deck, directly accessible from the kitchen sliding patio doors.
There are three cosy bedrooms on the top floor (a double, a twin, and a queen). The master bedroom is on the bottom floor, with incredible views and a spacious ensuite. This room also has a designated work space with a desk and comfy office chair. The master bathroom is modern and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the sweeping water and city views - ideal for your morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down.
With Hobart’s best cafes, shops, and attractions nearby in Sandy Bay, you'll have easy access to everything the city has to offer while enjoying a quiet place to return to.

As you can see from the gorgeous views, the house is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any access issues.

Excellent place, great location. Beautiful view.
Only thing is driveway is very steep, elderly and children need to take more care.
