Superb location for exploring Hobart. 15 minute walk to Franklin Wharf and same to CBD. Sandy Bay Area is a lovely suburb with lots of houses of architectural interest. Worth a walk around
Amberley house was lovely , spacious , full of character and spotlessly clean.
Lisa (host) was a delight to deal with and extremely helpful in meeting our extra needs (cot and late check out ). Thanks

Perfect location, short stroll to ColesWorth and local restaurants, cafes, patisserie, and Scoop. 10 minutes to the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, great for a lunch on the deck30 minute stroll to Salamanca and its markets (Saturday).House was clean and well setup with a well resourced kitchen, and plenty of heating!5 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms all worked really well.

Met every need we had both within the beautifully appointed house and location.Amberley was a delight to stay in and has been renovated to a very high standard. We walked to restaurants, shops and into Salamanca.Hope to stay there again and highly recommend.
