About this house rental
Welcome to your peaceful Hobart retreat - an inviting space designed for relaxation, comfort, and a touches of luxury. Located in the sought after suburb of Mount Nelson, this home offers incredible views of the River Derwent and Hobart city.
Inside, you'll find a clean, comfortable layout with a relaxed atmosphere. The open plan living and dining area is a great spot to unwind in front of the TV (equipped with a Chromecast), or soak in the water views over a Tassie inspired platter.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, or utilise the BBQ on the deck, directly accessible from the kitchen sliding patio doors.
There are three cosy bedrooms on the top floor (a double, a twin, and a queen). The master bedroom is on the bottom floor, with incredible views and a spacious ensuite. This room also has a designated work space with a desk and comfy office chair. The master bathroom is modern and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the sweeping water and city views - ideal for your morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down.
There is an additional one bedroom unit attached, with it's own galley style kitchen and dining area, full bathroom, queen bedroom with a TV, and a scenic sanctuary of a lounge area (also with a TV and heating). There is also a cosy patio area with an outdoor bistro table. This spacious layout is perfect for groups of friends or that extended family get together.
