Summerhill is a 3 storey oasis nestled on a cliff delivering spectacular views of Hobart in one direction and unspoilt bush to the other. Our place personifies "best of both worlds" as you are centrally located but also have the tranquility of native bushland on your doorstep. This is an amazing house for families / large groups. The kitchen has been designed for entertaining and the interior is home to a growing collection of beautiful artworks and artefacts. We look forward to spoiling you!
Our home is a stunning architect designed residence over 3 levels. The open plan kitchen / dining / living room area looks out through floor to ceiling glass to Hobart city and waterfront. It's impossible not to be wowed by the view! Current pics do not do it justice. Professional photos coming soon.
The kitchen area is a delight for entertaining and no expense has been spared in the fit out.
For those with young children, the house is incredibly well prepared. Every bit of baby / child paraphernalia you can think of is catered for. Furthermore, the backyard (that is actually among the gum trees) has a trampoline, sandpit, totem tennis, and more.
The property backs onto Knocklofty wilderness reserve so if you feel like wondering through native bushland, it's there on your doorstep. On the contrary, Hobart CBD is just 1.6kms away so if you prefer to be amongst Hobart's best restaurants and cafes, they are just down the hill.

Amazing views, lots of puzzles and books for the kids to enjoy. Only downside was not having a lock on the main bedroom door and no door for ensuite, so felt a bit exposed! And only having sheer curtains in the main bedroom resulted in early mornings! Great location.
