Excellent property with stunning location and view of the bay. Host was responsive. Information folder was very handy for the group. We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable. Very well maintained and fairly new property. The deck and views of sunset were the highlights. Well appointed Kitchen & applicances for coffee and light cooking was very helpful.
Could help with additional toilet/bath. For a group of 10, was difficult to get everyone going, but wasn't a major challenge.

Scenery and panoramic views were such a pleasure to wake up to and enjoy. The pool table, table tennis table and darts were a really fun addition. The location was amazing and easy to get in and out of Hobart and surrounding lookouts. We were fortunate enough to catch the Aurora Australis on our visit, so for any of the chasers out there, you might even be able to catch the Aurora from the balcony or just down the road, or easily drive to some near by locations - obviously facing south and if you're lucky enough to be around when it's happening!
The place was really clean in every room.
Natalie was great to deal with, extremely responsive and provided some great recommendations of things to see and do. This was a were a really nice touch, especially on days when we didn't have anything planned.
We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone (and already have). We will definitely book this place again.
There was a strong food smell that lingered within the house from the moment we got there. Maybe from the previous people staying there right before us. We understand it may have been quite difficult to cover that smell in the short amount of time from the previous guests till we arrived, but it was really quite strong and spread throughout the whole upstairs. We tried airing the place out each day for numerous hours and even purchased some air fresheners to mask the smell as it was quite unpleasant to come home to and wake up to each morning over our 10 day stay.
Would have also been nice to have a TV in the main bedroom and perhaps a WiFi extender to help with the signal in the pool table room to avoid streaming issues while playing pool.
