Maison très fonctionnelle et très propre
Idéale pour deux couples
Maison au calme
Commerce proche (boulangerie et petits commerces) à moins de 2 minutes de marche
Très proche de la plage (3 minutes en voiture)
Bien située
Juste pour donner un détail à améliorer…
Il manque une petite porte d’accès depuis le parking à la terrasse
Cela renforcerait la privatisation et on se sentirait plus caché.
Malheureusement nous avons vue sur le parking depuis le parking et donc… peut être les regards indiscrets.
Les autres villas disposent de cette petite porte … un petit détail m.

La villa est superbe , bien pensée , bien équipée ( je n’ai jamais loué une villa avec autant d’ustensiles haut de gamme )
Dans un quartier calme . Non loin des magasins indispensables .
La piscine est juste à dimensions idéales .

Nicely kitted out house, has everything you need on holiday. Local beach is a short drive (or a leisurely stroll) away. Famous beaches half an hour away.
The area still has a lot of development going on so lots of half built properties around - but oddly / luckily not much building work happening. A front gate would be good to add as feels a bit open otherwise.

Sehr chic eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus mit einem tollen privaten Pool und zwei Terrassen.
Schade, dass das Haus kein Tor als Sichtschutz zum Pool hat.
