In a preserved environment, the villa seems to be suspended above the turquoise waters.
Built on a plot of 1,500 m², this contemporary villa of 230 m² fully air-conditioned combines comfort, space and elegance.
The main level offers a large living room bathed in light: living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, all open to the sea as far as the eye can see.
The adjoining terrace hosts a dining area ideal for enjoying breakfasts facing the sunrises.
A master suite with neat decoration, private shower room, WC and terrace with sea view completes this level.
On the lower level, the villa has:
• 3 comfortable and bright bedrooms with sea view and pool access, each with its own private bathroom and toilet
• 1 dormitory room with private shower room and toilet
• 1 living room

The exteriors are organized around a superb salt water swimming pool (11.5 x 5.5 m), secured by alarm.

Meanwhile, the children enjoy table tennis or the swimming pool, while the adults relax on the deckchairs in front of a view that you never get tired of.
An outdoor lounge, a petanque court and a private parking lot complete this exceptional property.
Restaurants (the very famous Alivi), rotisserie "FRANKI", the renowned grocery store "chez EVA", a supermarket open 7 days a week 700 meters from the Villa.

My family of eight had a lovely vacation, this house was amazing! It was by far the best equipped home I've stayed in the past 20 years for cooking and living. The outdoor kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family. The house was super clean and Alzi was very helpful with all the questions we had about the area and things to do. I loved the mid week house cleaning! The laundry was very efficient and it was great that bath and beach towels were available. We had a lovely time and would come back to any property Alzi Services offers.Thank you Alzi for a great week!

This villa is absolutely beautiful. The scenery is jaw-dropping and like something out of a movie. The outside kitchen is fantastic for entertaining and the villa has every amenity you could imagine I.e. plates glasses ovens bbq fridges kitchen gadgets. Elzi was a fantastic host and very communicative. Beds were very comfortable. It would be great for families too. We attended as group of friends and it was sensational. Porto Vecchio is really nice and easy to get to via car or taxi. We had hire cars and Elzi provided the contact details of an excellent taxi service which shuttled us to local beaches and vineyards when we couldn’t drive. We will be back!

The property is ideally located sitting on top of a hill overlooking the sea in a gated community. Most of the bedrooms are located downstairs making it convenient to access the pool Upstairs-1bd, 3ba, living/diningroom, kitchen and laundry room. Downstairs-4bd + bunk beds, 3ba, family room with board games, outdoor pool shower. I have to note there is only one toilet on each floor. The highlight here is really the view it has to offer. There is no forgetting you are on vacation given the floor to ceiling windows in the vaulted ceiling living room. Simply stunning. Nearest grocery (Carefour) is about a 4 minute drive. Host was wonderful. Lookout for an email with agreement and deposit (cash or bank wire) instructions in your email. Communication was easy via WhatsApp.
