Large Villa built on two levels with very beautiful sea view on the Gulf of Saint Cyprien including:
- On the raised ground floor: large living room of about 60 m2 opening onto a 50m2 ipe terrace with sea view (living room and large outdoor dining table with gas barbecue), open kitchen equipped with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, one bedroom with air-conditioned 160 bed with adjoining bathroom and terrace, two toilets, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
- On the garden level opening onto a large ipe terrace, equipped with a garden furniture with offset parasol, three air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and two with two 90 cm beds), each with an adjoining shower room. w. c independent.

Swimming pool heated and secured by electric rolling shutter of 13 * 4 with large ipe beach equipped with deckchairs and parasol. Outdoor shower.

We spent 10 days at the Villa. The owner and agent were both very friendly and professional and the villa was wonderful. Lovely interior design and very well equipped. We loved the patio and pool, the bedrooms and the air con. Thank you from Steve & Gill.

We had a fantastic experience. The villa is in excellent condition. The pool area has been tastefully renovated. Plenty of privacy for large groups (plenty of space, ensuite bathrooms). The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to maintain.
The property manager is very responsive and competent.
Last but not least, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Pleasant, responsive and reliable.
I recommend this property without any reservations.
