About this villa rental
High standing villa with sea and Maquis.
In a heavenly setting, at the tip of the Pinarello peninsula in Capo Di Fora, this villa not overlooked is located by the water on a coastal property of 8000 m2.
The villa renovated by the architect Sylvie SAUZET in 2018 mixed tastefully Corsican stone and contemporary materials. It is fully equipped and beautiful antique furniture has been carefully selected to offer you a quality aesthetic journey.
-The main house:
- a large living room with sea view and its kitchen, large terrace overlooking the sea.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed, opening onto a private terrace and its hanging garden. With sea view.
- a bathroom with shower, bench and a guest toilet.
Schedule:
- ten meters from the main house, this charming children's room offers the surprise of an old canopy double bed and two 90-year-olds.
The secondary house:
- independent, this large parental suite of 60 m2, located below, offers you a large Louis VI bed, and a directory chaise longue. It has its own terrace suspended above the sea. The bathroom: bath and shower and separate wc. With a large sea view terrace, small garden furniture and hammock ...
OFF-SEASON (from April to the end of June and September to November) can rent just the house from above, with 1 bedroom, bathroom, wc, kitchen ...
Welcome, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.
Parking, barbecue, internet ... A Kayak is available to our tenants. and many hammocks are dotted around the garden.
A deposit of € 3000 will be requested upon arrival by bank check.

We were a family of 4 adults and two children (ages 1 and 4) and stayed in this villa for two weeks in July 2023
The villa is in a secluded wooded area, about 50 meters from the sea. Just below the house is the sea, with a rocky beach, a bit difficult to swim from,(wear Tevas) but beautiful waters. We launched kayaks from there. There is a long, sandy swimming beach (Pinarello) about a 10 min drive. .The main house has 3 bedrooms. One on the main floor and two below. (One has to walk outside to access the lower bedrooms). The lower bedrooms each have a bathroom. The upper bathroom is shared by all. The 3 bedrooms have AC. There is a 4th bedroom, an exterior cottage, about 7 meters from the main house. It does not have a bathroom . The kitchen ( Ikea) is well equipped.
The villa has some nice amenities such as kayaks, beach towels, beach umbrellas. There is also a manager on call.
Cons: Mosquitoes and bees. (Obviously not the fault of the owner). They were so persistant, that after 3 days we gave up trying to have any meal outdoors, which was a pity given the spectacular view. We were constantly swooshing the bees and and mosquitoes. Our 1 year old had welts from the mosquito bites. So we had all meals inside. The indoor dining area had fans, but no AC. Nearby restaurants did not have the bee problem and only a few mosquitos.
Wifi:poor
Had it not been for the mosquitos and bees, we would highly recommend this villa.
