About this villa rental
Villa near Porto Vecchio (15 mins), Cala Rossa (5 mins) and the beautiful beaches of Pinarello, St Cyprien and Cabanon Bleu 3 mins. Swimming also possible in the river 20 mins.
With an area of 190m² on a beautiful enclosed wooded plot of 2850m² and not overlooked, it is located in a quiet area in the small private domain of Pietra Rossa
The main body offers a large, bright living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, opening onto a large terrace with a large table and an electric plancha. You can take your meals or rest on a sofa sheltered from the sun facing the pool.
A fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and internet as well as the dining room all open onto this terrace.
On the night side, the villa has 5 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Bedding: 1 bed in 160, 3 beds in 140, 2 beds in 90
Outside, a 10mx4m swimming pool heated in the low season secured by an alarm, a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs and large parasols, a pool house equipped with a fridge, a solid barbecue and a sheltered dining area.
A terrace facing the pool is also equipped with a large sofa and 2 armchairs, ideal for reading in peace and quiet under the shade sail or having an aperitif with friends.
Finally, to enhance your end of the day, you can enjoy the 10 m long petanque court below the swimming pool.
Enclosed parking: enough space to park several vehicles. Space secured by a motorized sliding gate.

We had a great week at the house. Alzia, the manager welcomed us very friendly with a bottle of red wine and a few of corsican specialties and showed us around the house. She helped us durig the week very uncomplicated by whatsapp.
The sleeping possibilities for three families with seven children where great. Each family had their own bathroom. In the large well-equipped kitchen we could use basics such as spices, oil and even tabs for the dishwasher. The wonderful terrace, with a fantastic view is a great place to have breakfast and dinner with a large group.
The pool area and the pool are great and the pool is protected by a pool alarm system.
A washing machine, dry cleaner and even a ping pong table are also available.
We would like to come back to this wonderful place. Merci beaucoup Familie Simi.
