About this house rental
Pretty villa of 120 m2, very pleasant to live in, stylish decor of driftwood, located on a plot of 1200 m2 fully landscaped, a real green setting, a swimming pool bordered by rocks. The house is located close to all amenities 2 minutes from the village, 2 minutes from Pinarello beach and the natural pools of the river "U Cavu". American kitchen fully equipped with quality household appliances. A living room giving access by a large picture window to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with large fitted and air-conditioned wardrobes.
Windows and bay windows are fitted with roller shutters and mosquito nets. In addition, a covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, d, electric hob, barbecue. A shaded petanque field under cork oaks near an outdoor shower for beach returns.
Ground floor:
1 bedroom with queen-size bed with panoramic window.
1 bedroom with 140 bed
1 teen bedroom with 90X2 bunk beds without air conditioning
1 bathroom, bath and separate wc.
A laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and freezer.

1 spacious bedroom, 1 double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (80X2, beds for children) that can accommodate a baby bed, 1 bathroom with shower and WC.

We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 6 plus our 1yr old grandchild)! Very clean, fully equipped, stylish house with exceptional vegetation on the property. And very friendly hosts. Also enjoyed the additional outdoor kitchen and the pool very much.

The house was very nice with a beautiful garden and pool. We enjoyed the outside kitchen and outdoor area a lot.
Clean and nice rooms, good parking inside the gate and close to both supermarkets and beaches.
