Cozy farmhouse

Very nice and cozy old Farmhouse. No neighbours and large garden. Smart TV in the living room. Very comfortable beds. Everything we needed was availeble. We really enjoyed ournstay so much and i would definitly return here if ever coming back to this region. We regret just spending 1 night here.

All complaints are very very minor and not to be taken too serious. We enjoyed our stay so much and we didn't bother about it at all duribg our stay with 3 persons. The bedroom with 2 single veds is accessible through the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Since it is a old farmhouse the amout of power sokets is limited but enough for the 3 of us.

Perfect for a stop over with dogs

It’s a perfect location for dogs and very calm and quiet

It would be nice to have some better bed sheets and maybe some knives, the beds have seen better days and there are not many creature comforts but - perfectly fine and we have returned a few times now so we must like it really :)

Location

After reserving the accommodation, I received a message that I have to choose if I clean myself or want to have it cleaned for 50 Euro after the stay. Nothing was in policies stated prior to booking. Bed sheets were too small and had to find other solutions late evening with a 9 year old child. Messaged the landlord about the sheets and asked if there were any other sheets in the facility. Never received an answer. Low standard when it comes to the kitchen. Dirty shower.

Nice location, but the condition and comfort of the apartment doesn't justify the price.

The property itself is very nicely located and looks very cute from the outside. But at that price, I would expect a nicer bathroom and a kitchen that doesn’t look like it has been assembled from a yard sale. Oh, and pillow cases that aren't too small to fit on the pillows.

In this price category, I am kind of not expecting to be presented with a choice between an additional 50 Euro cleaning fee and scrubbing toilets after an overnight stay. Yet here we are. And as a guest, you don't feel very welcome if upon arrival, you are immediately greeted with an itemised list of how much you will have to pay if any given kitchen item gets lost or broken.

A place with history

Lundtofthøj is a very quiet former farmhouse in the danish countryside. There is currently only this flat in use. The flat covers around half of the buildings groundfloor. The surrounding old building parts of the Farm, stables etc, are partly in a derelict state which leads to an "abandoned place" vibe. The next neighbours are hundreds of meters away. Good shower, nice interieur.

I would not recommend listening to scary audiobooks while being there.

The place is very peaceful and close to nature, city is easily reacheble by the car. House is very beautiful and cozzy. Perfect dinning place in the garden. Many beautiful flowers. There was everything what was needed.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen getroffen. Die Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern war unkompliziert und sehr flexibel. Die Gegend ist zu empfehlen....

Endroit magnifique

Magnifique endroit. C'est propre, spacieux et très confortable. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit lors d'un road trip mais c'était une pause enchantée à la campagne. Nous avons adoré !

Ok, ein bisschen schwierig … das Haus an sich? Von aussen? Ein Traum! Die Vermieter? Freundlich und schnell mit dem Antworten.

Das Haus von innen? Da hakt es jetzt. Ja, es ist alt. Das sieht man ja. Aber es gibt alt und alt. Gefühlt wurde hier alles „alt“ gelassen. Dass es mal muffig riecht in so alten Gebäuden, geschenkt - aber das war hier schon grenzwertig teilweise. Prinzipiell ist alles da, was man braucht. Man hat viel Platz, es gibt drei Schlafzimmer - allerdings ist eins davon ein Durchgangszimmer. Etwas ungünstig. Sehr überrascht hat mich, dass beim Überfliegen der Kommentare stand, die Bettwäsche wäre so abgerockt … und wir das Gleiche sagen können! Ich meine klar, Sachen kommen in die Jahre, aber warum nicht austauschen wenns berechtigte Kritik gibt? Das waren schon arge Lappen, die auch nicht alle von der Grösse gepasst haben. Die Küche? Eieiei. Ich mein, ja, auch hier, alles da. Aber der Zustand? Es war wie ein Garagenflohmarkt, bei dem man schnell was zusammengerückt hat. Alles nicht besonders ansprechend und hygienisch. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, dh es war zu überleben, keine Frage. Aber noch mal? Eher nicht. Auch, weil wir eine Gebühr fürs Putzen hinterlassen sollen - oder selber putzen. Ja, auch das habe ich in den Kommentaren gelesen, dass Gäste überrascht waren, dass es eine versteckte Gebühr für die Endreinigung gegeben hat - und ebenso habe ich die Kommentare der Gastgeber gelesen, dass sie nichts dafür können, dass booking das nicht anführt. Nun frage ich mich dann aber ähnlich wie bei der Bettwäsche: warum wurde es nicht geändert? Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es zwischenzeitlich hinfällig ist, die Zusatzgebühr, nachdem es Kritik gab. Aber es gab sie noch - und weiterhin gibt es diese Info nicht bei der Buchung. Wieso wird so gar nichts geändert?

Heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie

Het huis is zeer ruim, schoon en netjes. Het is authentiek ingericht, maar wel met de gemakken van deze tijd. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Je hebt veel privacy en makkelijk contact met de eigenaar.

Fajny, stary domek.

Bezczelni właściciele-każący myć podłogi, odkurzać parapety, i sprzątać wszytko lepiej niż zastaliśmy lub dopłacać €50 za ten ”extra serwis” . Panujący wszędzie brud, smród-domek po babciny i tak też pachnący niestety. Poszewki poduszek trzykrotnie za małe. Warunki ohydne po prostu!!!
