Genieße die drei Luxusgüter der Gegenwart: "Stille, Raum und Zeit"

In der Ferienhaussiedlung sind nur wenige Wohnungen in Eigennutzung, daher ist fast wöchentlich wechselndes Publikum. Die Ferienwohnung selbst liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, der i.d.R. nur von "Anwohnern" genutzt wird. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit ca. 250 m zum flach abfallenden Sandstrand Barfuß super zu erreichen. Dort gibt es neben Strandkörben auch Verkaufsbuden für gängige Snacks, Drinks, sowie den Verleih von SUP, Kajak, Surfausrüstung in div. Formen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist der Strand optimal, da auf ca. 50 m Entfernung zum Strand das Wasser maximal 50 cm tief wird. Zur Sicherheit ist das DLRG zu bestimmten Zeiten vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Obergeschoss und und hat drei sehr kleine Schlafräume. Eines davon hat ein Dachfenster, ebenso das innenliegende Bad mit Waschmaschine (7 Kg). Vom Balkon aus blickt man ins Grüne (nicht auf den Strand), Abends genießt man hier auch die fast totale Stille. Eine echte Wohltat für alle, die zu Hause sonst immer irgendwelche Verkehrsgeräusche ertragen müssen. Die Halbinsel Holnis gilt als Naturschutzgebiet, man kann dort zu Fuß oder per Rad eine kleine Runde drehen. Um Holnis herum: Nach Flensburg sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 - 20 Minuten; man sollte beim Fahren geduldig sein, da auch Einheimische sehr entspannt und gefühlvoll jede Fahrt genießen. Eine Busverbindung ist existent, aber nur in großen Abständen und NICHT 24/7. In Glücksburg gibt es alle erforderlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in Flensburg alles andere. Als Mieter der FeWo ist die Buchung der Ostsee Card obligatorisch - diese beinhaltet neben diversen Vergünstigungen vor allen den Zutritt zu allen Stränden um Glücksburg herum, Kosten --> ca. € 35,- für Erwachsene (ab 18 J), Zeitraum 2 Wochen [Kinder kostenfrei bekommen aber auch eine Card als Nachweis für die Strandnutzung und sonst.

Das Wetter hätte gerne etwas trockener sein dürfen :-) , aber das ist unabhängig von der Wohnung und gehört nun mal zur Ostsee dazu.

Erster Eindruck: Alles super sauber, selbst in den Details. Zweiter Eindruck: An alles gedacht. Für mögliche Fragen gibt es bereits schriftliche Antworten und Hinweise. Dritter Einduck: Schnelle und stabile WLAN-Verbindung. Erste Sahne. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ungewohnt war der detaillierte Nutzungsvertrag für's WLAN, im Rahmen von Ferienwohnungen die zusätzliche Abrechnung des Stromverbrauchs und der Anruf der Touristeninformation, wir könnten unsere Kurkarten in Glücksburg abholen.
